The annual BWA fall meeting will take place on Sept 7, 2025 @6pm in-person at Lutheran West High School or through a Teams distributed call (see division leads for details).  We will talk through Board elections, key dates, financials update, tournament feedback, membership, and rule changes.

  • Joining deadlines:

    • Full division - 8/15/25​

    • Individual team - 10/1/25

  • First competition - Dec 7, 2025 (although you can start earlier)

  • Sectionals - Feb 1 or 8, 2026

  • League Championship – Feb 15, 2026 (location not yet secured)​
